Cynthia Soto doesn't care who she sells her puppies too and if they are going to a home where they can be cared for. She is definitely not a woman of her word.

I have gotten my two dwarf hamsters from here a year and a half ago. They are so spoiled and I'm always getting my supplies here, the ladies are always helpful. Clean place ,very friendly and helpful. Merry Christmas from, tiny tim and scooter.
