CareVet of Atchafalaya

Top notch care from Dr. Thomas and her crew! We were in Morgan City for temporary work and our 10 year old dog had an allergic reaction to something, swollen mouth, hives, panic. CareVet of Atchafalaya got her in right away, and handled our extremely Vet fearful girl so gently this momma almost cried. Dr. Thomas returned my call with care plan questions the next day and then checked in on Friday before the weekend, just to be sure things were still improving. Not a tech, the doc herself. We don't get that level of care from our home vet! Thank you Dr. Thomas for your professional, calm, reassuring care of our fur baby! We appreciated you and your team!

Our dog usually does not do well with strangers and at Atchafalaya Animal Clinic, they handled her with so much patience. This was the first time she did not have to be muzzled. Thank you all for taking such good care of her.

Wonderful staff! I’ve only been in LA for 8 months, but in that time I’ve had three visits to the vet (Two unplanned). Each time the staff have been so nice and great with Bleu! Very knowledgeable and so compassionate.
