Love taking our family pet here. The staff and the doctors are great and very helpful. They never force treatments on your pet and they are great at explaining the pros and cons of medication and food changes. They love our fur baby as if she belongs to them.

On October 10, 2025, I accompanied my mother to Steel Creek Animal Hospital to have her cat, Nino, seen for a urinary tract infection. We were assisted by Dr. Hawkes, who was very kind, polite, and professional. She examined Nino thoroughly and sent us home with a urine collection kit, explaining that we could drop off the specimen at the hospital at any time. This morning, my husband went to drop off the sample and was met by Santina, who identified herself as the client service lead. Unfortunately, she displayed very poor customer service and an unprofessional attitude. She refused to accept the specimen, claiming we needed to pay a fee—something that was never mentioned by Dr. Hawkes or any staff during checkout. It’s not that we were unwilling to pay; it’s that we were never informed

I've been taking both my cat and my dog to this animal hospital for years and every experience is a great one. The staff is made up of incredibly friendly animal lovers ready to help with pretty much anything, both in person and over the phone. Dr. Hawkes is my dog's main vet and has displayed an outstanding level of care and tenacity in helping us with everything from autoimmune issues to mystery rashes. My dog actually loves going to the vet thanks to the staff at Steel Creek Animal Hospital. I can't imagine taking my fur babies anywhere else.
