I met Rebecca on my first visit as I wanted to change my dog”s food to a raw and cooked food. She spent almost an hour with me talking about Bonnie and learning all about her! As a nurse I was very impressed with her knowledge with nutrition and also her professional considerations with my choice to change. I cannot tell you how her recommendations and explanations left me options to choose what I thought I wanted to start with Bonnie. Rebecca was so helpful and has gained a lifelong customer! Bonnie has been on dietary meals she loves and is so much better! Thak you, Rebecca!! Bonnie is going on her 4th month and is doing fabulous!! This is the BEST pet supply store I've experienced. The owners knowledge, patience and advice are priceless...she even checked up on our dog knowing he was ill. Her employees are so courteous and helpful and the variety and in store stock is huge. Website is sharp. This is where we will shop. Thanks for the pride you take in your business. I wish we found you sooner.

The owner was so helpful and nice. She don’t rush you and is the to help not out there to break your pocket. The workers there are very nice and helpful. It is so clean and nicely organized I love this store.

Can't recommend a business more. The business owner is incredible. She always remembers my name, brand of dog food I buy, and my phone number for the rewards. Shes very knowledgeable if you ever have any questions and she'll be honest with you if she doesn't have an answer. I've never walked into that store and she wasn't busy helping someone or her employees but somehow she still has time to say hi. The store itself is amazing with a wide range of selection of kibble, treats, and toys (and a bunch of adorable kitty's free roaming). They are always circling in new toys too!!! It is a little more expensive then shopping corporate but for the customer service and knowing my money to going to a business that really loves and care about animals is worth it to me. We truly wish we were more local and or in the area more often. The staff at Stately Pet Supplies is truly very knowledgeable, polite, and courteous. A clean environment. A wide variety of quality pet supplies as well as organized. We most definitely find the help and items we are looking for. Thank you!
