Starwood Pet Resort

Our puppy has been enjoying Starwood Pet Resort for daycare a few days a week. She recently had her first boarding stay. This was our first time going away since we got her so we were very nervous. The staff was wonderful and provided updates. I love pictures they post on Facebook so we can see all the fun the pups are having. The employees truly care about the animals and the care is top notch!

I would highly recommend Starwood Pet Resort! Shawn, Stacy and the staff are something special! When we got our Labrador puppy this summer, we knew we needed to find a boarding/daycare facility for vacations and days away. After calling a few local places, I was nervous we wouldn’t find a spot for our boy. Then, I called Starwood and it instantly changed. Shawn answered the phone and I immediately knew this was the place. He was helpful, personable, reasonable, understanding and kind. He made me feel like our dog would be cared for by him and his team, as if he was their own. Over the last 4 months, we have boarded our dog 2x times and sent him to daycare 2x. My boys Gunner and Nash stayed an overnight 10/12-10/13 so my wife and I could get house projects done. They both had such a good time and they came home sleepy and fulfilled. Now when we bring them for daycare, they start excitingly crying when we pull down the road. Shawn and Stacey and the staff there are so caring especially knowing we have people reactive dogs. They show them care and the upmost love. Definitely recommend them and we will continue bringing them for a long time!

Shawn and Stacey have done an amazing job with all the new upgrades to Starwood! Love seeing how much they have transformed the resort every time I bring Shylo for her mani/pedi.

We love Starwood so much! Our yellow lab, Gimli, has been going since he was 4 months old and he’s now almost 3 years old. It’s only gotten exponentially better since it’s come under new ownership - the Bernards and the rest of the staff are caring, friendly, and just make Starwood a great place. I have to work in the office 3x a week, so it’s a huge relief to know Gimli is having fun, socializing, and being taken care of by lovely people while I’m at work. It gets his energy out for sure! We’ve also boarded Gimli for weekend & week-long trips and they take stellar care of their boarders too. Prices for daycare & boarding are SO reasonable. Can’t say enough good things about Starwood! ❤️
