Pet Supplies Plus Oxford

I'm so glad I found this place! Such a great selection and it's my new go-to pet store. My doggos get to go with me and it's great since the park is covered in snow! Their animals seem well cared for, not like petco. Also, their employees seem to have knowledge and actually care for animals:). I have been helped a few times by Grace. She's awesome! She was getting me crickets for my new gecko, and gave me tips about how geckos shed. I felt much better, lol. She told me about the rewards program, but I COULD NOT get the website to work. After I had made a WHOLE new email, I told Grace the next time and she suggested the app. And here I am, yay! Technology, boo:( Anyway, I'm happy to find this place! One complaint.. I had an amazing experience at Pet Supply Plus in Oxford, Massachusetts! Jacob was incredibly kind and patient in helping me get my massive dog into the bath, making what could have been a stressful situation much smoother. Kate Sellers was absolutely phenomenal — she helped cut my dog's nails and even allowed me to brush him for three hours, showing immense patience throughout the entire process. There was also a gentleman, very tall with glasses (maybe Liam), who was incredibly helpful both over the phone and in person. He made sure the water was running properly for the bath and extended my time, going above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. Everyone I encountered was friendly, patient, and genuinely dedicated to providing excellent service. I highly recommend Pet Supply

Good local place to buy pet food and supplies. There prices are comparable to other big pet stores. They have a decent selection of stuff and friendly staff.

This is the greatest pet store! Everything you need for every kind of pet! I especially love their dog washing stations. It makes it convenient and much less expensive to go to the groomers. An amazingly beautiful campground! It has campsites for every type of camping. Clean bathrooms/showers and a great store with amazing owners! Id thoroughly recommend a stay here, and I'm hoping to go back again soon.
