Starpups

Sam, Paige and Anthony are amazing! We have been taking our straight haired doodle, Fiona, to them for a year and couldn’t be happier with the experience, cleanliness and service. They always make us feel welcome. They know her as soon as she comes in and she looks beautiful and is pampered at every visit. We also recently started taking our older golden retriever, who struggles with other dogs and some anxiety, for nail trims and he has adjusted beautifully. I attribute that to the calm and warmth that the staff exudes to each of us, pup and human alike!

Juni gives Star Pups 4 paws up, and I give it 5 stars! I'm beyond thrilled with the service I received at Star Pups and with Tracy! Today was my first time having Juni groomed at Star Pups, and I have already booked for the rest of the year! Tracy took my sweet but very shy/anxious, 3.5 year old cavapoo and efficiently and carefully got her a nice short summer cut! Tracy was super kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Pricing is very competitive, and I feel safe leaving my pup with the staff at Star Pups, that is a hard combo to find. I also appreciate how up front they are with their policies and the time they took to understand our unique situation. I highly recommend Star Pups!

I brought my very nervous Bernese Mountain Dog in to see Anthony for the first time and he did a fantastic job!!! I just want to say thank you to the ownership at Starpups for the very reasonable prices you charge. I paid significantly less today than I have at other groomers in the area- and I promise, you are not missing out on business by charging less. You just converted me as a customer to come back not only every time, but more frequently than I have been!!! It shows you care about your customers, animals and that you are in this for the right reasons. We can't wait to come back and see Anthony again!

I cannot express how happy I am with the services received! My little Oreo had his first visit with Sam on 5/24/23 and I loved it. He looked amazing, even better than expected. I told her how we wanted him and she did exactly that. My Oreo was fluffy, soft and smelled good. I can’t thank you enough for the wonderful job you did on him. I highly recommend and have already rebooked our next 2 visit 😊😊

I totally would refer Sam to anyone looking for their first grooms for their puppies. She was super nice and was able to deal with my 7 month old Bichon Poodle puppy for his first groom. I was totally upset the first day when we had his appointment at 4 pm and by 4:15pm i got the call saying my puppy was not at all cooperative and was all snappy and biting. He was off this day and had thrown up twice already and had not eaten, but in general he did get snappy lately, anyways, I went to pick him up and talked to Sam. After a good conversation she offered to try again next day morning at 8AM, and I also took the half an hour class from her for home grooming tips and techniques. And then magically within an hour i got the call again saying Ginger was all done and i was super relieved. Picked
