Best Friends Veterinary Hospital

All the staff always make me and my three pups feel welcome and comfortable. My oldest dog, Itchy, has fear aggression and they are always so patient and caring with him. It is obvious how much they care about their furry visitors. Itchy, Tobey, and Duncan will be forever clients with Best Friends! ❤️

Thorough, kind, and incredibly responsive. The vets and staff are all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Best clinic I’ve had the good fortune to find for our dog. Bonus- they are not a chain or owned by a corporation.

I have been using Best Friends for about 20 years now. They are always honest and great with all my pets and give my all the options I can use. Staff is always friendly and attentive. At times can be pricey but that can be any vet service so I trust them with all my pets. The office is always clean. They even helped with a few of my pets passing away and couldn’t have been more loving and respectful.

Great vet clinic. Dr. Riggs and the other vets there are very caring and professional. Everything is always clean. They never rush me. I never wait for too long. There are a few emergency/surgery things they can't do, (they don't have some of the imaging equipment that a vet ER has; couldn't do the more intense CCL surgery) but for most part, they are great! I've been going there for probably 15 years? (Since they were at Hard & Smoky Row.) So, I go there for 98% of my needs. I'd go to MedVet or OSU for serious injury or complicated surgeries.

The kindest and most dedicated, compationate group of pet caregivers there are. No reason to take you loved ones anywhere else. They're the best. They took incredible care of our girl Maggie for 13 years and helped us through the most difficult times. Thank you Best Friends.
