Starlite Grooming

First of all I was looking for a new groomer in Wenatchee and googled "Groomer in Wenatchee" and the first one that popped up was Starlite and the best part is my new pup off the street I just rescued I named Starlight so it seemed meant to be! If I could give 6 stars I most deff would! Dario is AMAZING! I tried to groom him myself and he deff need a professional touch up! He looked and mainly felt AMAZING afterward! His coat was dry and just kinda flat and he came back a soft fluffy superstar! I was in shock, he looked like a different dog! I really enjoyed how much knowledge Dario has and loved the step by step live videos he makes while grooming! I am very emotional and attached to my babies and always have anxiety when dropping them off and I walked out of there feeling confident that

I can’t say enough good things about Starlite Groomers! My Jack Russell mix has been turned away by other groomers for nail trims because he was traumatized in the past and tends to panic and freak out. It’s always been such a stressful experience. But Dario at Starlite Groomers took a completely different approach. He showed genuine interest, patience, and special care with my dog. Instead of rushing or giving up, he stayed calm and worked with him in a way that made him feel safe. For the first time, someone was actually able to successfully complete his nail trim! I truly appreciate the time and compassion Dario showed. His approach is very different from other groomers, and it made all the difference. I’m so grateful we found someone we can trust. It was Fred's first time visiting Starlite Grooming and he looks great. Dario took the time to go over the different products and we was able to determine which ones would trigger a migraine, which in my opinion goes above and beyond. We will definitely be long term customers.

Just had an unexpected scheduling conflict, and Dario went above and beyond to accommodate us on a really short notice (booked us in on his day off). His flexibility and willingness to help are greatly appreciated. He grooms 2 of my dogs, and we are always thrilled with the service provided. They always feel and look amazing!

Dario did such and amazing job with my 12yr Shih Tzu Buster. He was patient with Buster's tantrums and was the first groomer in the past 18 months to fully groom and trim all his nails. I love Buster, but he can be difficult with groomers. I highly recommend Starlite Grooming.
