Phenomenal. Best veterinary experience I’ve ever had. Dr Battison took her time understand our rabbit’s history and provided the most thorough assessment of her. Dr Battison’s care was a pivotal step forward in our rabbit’s recovery. Along with specializing in rabbits, she genuinely cares and it shows in her work. In addition, the rest of the staff there were also so nice, warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Our family is eternally grateful for Dr. Battison and her team.

Dr. Battinson is solid gold — as a veterinarian and as a human being. I am still floored by the level of care, compassion, and presence she showed me and my bunnies. In a moment when I was anxious and overwhelmed, she showed up with kindness, patience, and genuine concern that went far beyond what is expected. Dr. Malament has gone above and beyond for our furry family and I would and have recommended her to anyone. Her knowledge and empathy have been such a comfort as we navigate a tricky medical situation. Everyone at star meadow treats our dog and cat like family. Extremely disappointing experience. I had an appointment for my dog and I was running 12- 15 min late. Knowing that they are sticklers for time, I called to make sure that it is still OK to drive all the way to the clinic. I was assured that it was OK - verbatim “keep driving, if it is more than 10 min, we will talk to the doctor”. As I was pulling in the parking lot, I got a call from another clinic employee by the name of Charles, and was advised that they cannot see my dog. When I shared that I was given the guidance to show up (it was within the 15 min), he said that the previous employee was a trainee and that she basically didn’t know what she is doing. I walked in the clinic trying to resolve the issue, the same individual (extremely unprofessionally) would not allow me to talk to

We have been taking our dogs to Star Meadow since we became dog parents 10+ years ago. They have been through a lot with us and our two rescues. Through all of the ups and downs the staff at Star Meadow have been kind, comforting, understanding, empathetic and really just amazing. They treat our pups like they are their own and we can call them last minute with an issue and they are so very accommodating. Dr. Malament is incredible. She is just such a kind, caring, thorough vet and she really takes the time to know you and your pets. We can not recommend them enough for their commitment to the health and safety of our pups. Our dogs are members of our family and it is so comforting to know that we have a group of people who look out for our family.
