Very caring and knowledgeable staff. Veterinarians are friendly, gentle with my pets and very good about explaining what they are doing. They go into detail about follow-up care.

When you call for help they tell you they don't have any appointments, after they waste your time getting all your info Update: I hung up because you wasted my time and had no solutions and were completely rude and unprofessional. Your office is the worst of the worst. How dare you think you have an excuse to treat people with sick pets badly. Officially your terrible people, and you just proved it!!!

Dr Mike and Dr Ed are wonderful doctors! The rest of the staff is also wonderful! So compassionate! I have 2 pets that have health issues, they wasted no time getting down to the problems and they are doing so well now!

I have been seeing Dr. Ed for nearly 25 years. I have followed him from Bridgman to his first solo practice office, to his wonderful current location. He and his staff have always been educated, professional, and the most compassionate individuals a pet parent can hope for in the care of their beloved pets. I briefly left the state to live out west for a year and immediately felt the lack of care and skill of their profession in my new location. Upon my return to Michigan I immediately returned to Dr. Ed and his team . The staff had changed a bit while I was gone but the high standards, education, skill, and respect for you and your pets was still a priority evident in every emergency and simple vet check up visit. I appreciate them so much! We were set to get my dogs to be established with them in January but we had an emergency trip to the vet hospital and they squeezed us in three days in a row to monitor my dogs!!! Every single person on the staff, there was so great!! By day three, my dog, who’s scared of his shadow was excited to see the nurses and the doctor, and wasn’t scared at all compared to the first day he was terrified but after getting to know the staff, he was started to be happy to be there!!! Me and my boys appreciated all the care that they gave us during a stressful worrying time and put in effort to make sure my dogs are heathy and recovering!! Thank you to all of you!!!
