Mutterly Love

We’ve used Mutterly love to groom our golden doodle for about 1.5 yrs now. We go consistently every 6-8wk. They never were as good as his old groomer and frequently gave him patchy spots, especially around his legs and neck, but it was never enough to complain about. What motivated me to write this review was just today we pick our boy up from the groomer around 4pm and took him for a walk this evening. It was dark, and we were shocked to see when we came home all 4 of his paws were bloody. They trimmed the nails on all 4 paws past the quick. We called to tell them and to make sure the person who did his nail trimming knew they caused all 4 paws to bleed. The person we spoke with told us it is normal to cut to the quick and keep it short. Started taking our dogs here after recommended from their previous owners. We have utilized boarding, grooming and day care and would recommend! Great prices for what you get. Our dogs love coming here and even get excited to meet some of the staff out in public when we see them!

Wonderful Grooming and Friendly Service My mother regularly brings her Yorkie - 'Sir Jackson' to this grooming establishment, and while I was in town recently, I had the chance to help out by dropping him off and picking him up. The service was excellent from start to finish. They were actually able to get him on the same day due to a last-minute cancelation. One of the groomers who usually handles him was there, Jane, and she did a fantastic job as always. Our little Yorkie can be a bit frisky, but she’s great with him and always makes sure he looks his best. Never coming here again. We've ordered our dog about twelve o'clock and the week is wanted a day care service for a couple hours. We told them he has not been fed and we try to supply them with his normal food and supplies. We stole that we cannot bring toys cause dogs the toy aggressive I understand. But they refuse to take our food. An enemy other request was rejected couldn't argue was in a rush so I told my dog goodbye and take care. I came to pick him up at 5:30. No one was at the desk waited ten minutes in the front office with no one there to check. I called I heard the phone's ringing throughout the building. My dog loves it here. The people are knowledgeable and helpful. Grooming services are tops they work with your animals kindly. As for boarding, I love that they do their best to comfort my dog and get him to eat as he can go on hunger strikes if he is unhappy. All in all a fantastic experience for both of us.
