We love the vets & techs. We have 1 schnauzer that's not always nice & they work with us & him. We unfortunately just had 1 of our schnauzers pass suddenly. They were very compassionate & let me drive from work to say my final good byes. They let me take my time & I never felt rushed to leave. We also take our fosters in. I totally trust them & I appreciate the care they provide.

Great service from Dr. Dyson, but staff was not good. Suggested we do a repeat stool sample and never received a bill. 2+ months later received a bill with late charges. Called to ask the late charges be removed and we’re told our records would be mailed to us. Received the records electronically. So why would you hand write an envelope and send thru through the postal service, when you clearly have my email and electronically send an invoice. Never received the first bill. I spoke with the office 3 times after the initial visit and was never told there was an outstanding balance. In response to the provider: He used the phrase, “This is bullshit.” re: the notification of past due charges when we received the first notification yesterday. Hands down the best vet in town. The entire team is compassionate, professional, and genuinely invested in the health and happiness of our pets. It’s clear they love what they do, and it shows in every interaction. If you’re looking for a vet you can trust and feel confident in, I highly recommend them.

Absolutely love them! Everyone is helpful and they care. I recommend them to everyone! We’ve been using them for our 6 pets for 2+ years now and don’t plan on changing!
