Horrible experiences repeatedly, especially during end of life services last year, have found a new vet. The only star is because I can’t give zero and honestly the techs are all very nice. New vet that took over is terrible, patronizing, and intellectually bankrupt.

If I had the option to rate this place with zero stars, I would definitely take it. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by the staff here is unparalleled. I made the choice to go to St. Francis after my previous veterinarian retired and sold their practice to them, but that decision has proven to be a significant error! When I informed them that I was transferring one of my pets to a different veterinary clinic, their response was rude and aggressive. They even threatened to delete my account, despite the fact that I have three other pets receiving care at St. Francis with upcoming appointments. I calmly explained that my choice to move just one animal was based on the new clinic's ability to accept assistance from non-profit organizations for veterinary expenses. The woman I spoke

I didn't go to have any of my dogs treated at the facility I went there to pick up a new member to our family. The young lady that works at the facility raise these dogs The puppy is a female Maltese. She is 8 weeks old and her name is Sadie.

Can't thank the staff at St. Francis enough for taking such great care of my Boujee. The customer service was as kind and welcoming as their care. Highly recommend if you're taking your puppy for spay/neuter.
