Always Contradictory information from what I’ve been called. Are never open or there. Put on impossible deadlines for things and then refused to let you achieve them. They charge extra for using your card. Rude.

Today was a sad day, but I am so grateful for our local Animal Control 💜 We loved our Pekin duck dearly and did everything we could to give her a good life. She ended up with a deficiency, couldn’t walk, we cared for her, and she was happiest in the the pond. Recently, though, she stopped enjoying the pond, and I knew it was time. I am so thankful for the kindness and compassion shown by Animal Control. I had searched everywhere, reaching out to different places, but I was only given options I couldn’t carry out—the kind I just couldn’t bring myself to do. Then I made the call I’ll never regret. I want to say thank you to these wonderful people who housed my brother in laws dog Chance and allowed me to take him with the circumstances that are going on with him and his situation. Thank you for saving chance and returning him to someone who loves him deeply.

We adopted Sophie from Animal Control about a month ago. While their staff assured us she was now healthy, after being surrendered in rough shape, unfortunately that wasn’t true. The same day we brought her home we noticed extremely gunky eyes and congestion, and immediately booked a vet visit. She had a fever and gastrointestinal distress, on top of being severely congested and wheezy, with hair loss around her eyes from how long they’d been irritated with infection. At this point we contacted AC to find out how she was adopted out in such a condition, to see if they could help, and to make them aware of potential contagion. Been there couple times to get license for three dogs....I'm the COOKIE LADY.. says 8:30 online, was there bout 9.....nope 10:30, supposedly....sent me to building behind library in port Huron...took me while to find...finally got in there, gave them my stuff...took them half hour to take my money and give me the three licence....I hope I'm able to get them online next time....and I'm SORRY I ACTUALLY LEFT COOKIES AT YOUR PLACE, actually at administration building also...usedta enjoy coming there and chatting with the girls....that's OVER...THANKS
