Spot's Pet Supply & Dog Wash

Our first time visiting for a bath, nails, and trim. Took less than 2 hours. I’m so impressed. My little girl knows she’s looking cute, too. I love how kind they are here. We’ll be back!

I always try and support local and small pet stores and we stopped in Spots while visiting Nashville with my Corgi. The Employee didn’t even acknowledge us. He was too busy scrolling social media in his phone. I’m not an expert but in 2026 small businesses like this have to really fight to keep the doors open against big box retailers. We would have easily spent $100 but took our business elsewhere.

Avoid this place if possible if you need to wash your dog. Rarely do the dog wash tubs work properly and customer service for help doesn’t exist. I took my dog here today for a bath and had to move her to three different tubs to find one that had any shampoo. When I found one, there was very little soap to use. Thankfully, because this isn’t my first rodeo, I brought my own shampoo. When I went to dry my dog, the towels were stained and dirty looking. As I was checking out, I informed the staff the machines were currently sub par I got a shrug, then told it was somebody else’s responsibility, and given a $2 discount. That dog wash is not a good value at nearly $20 for low quality return.

Worst experience they injured my dog and send my dog home without telling me. PLEASE READ and be careful with your pups. On May 18, 2023, my two dogs were attended to at Spot Pet Supply. The groomer, arrived late and didn't come out to receive my dogs. I had to call her later to discuss the services. They didn't even have the decency to call me and ask how we wanted our dogs to be groomed. When my husband brought the dogs home, Martina started limping in pain and leaving bloodstains everywhere. We realized that she had a cut on her paw. I immediately went to the grooming business and asked the girl what happened. She claimed that she didn't notice anything, but it's completely untrue because she bled all over the floor of my house. I can't imagine how much she bled at the time of the cut.

They had such great selection, so much stuff to choose from.And the staff was very nice.I am looking forward to get a chance to use their dog wash i will be back when I have more time To explore
