Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique

I want to share my recent experience with Splash and Dash Pet Boutique so other pet parents are aware. I brought Oliver in this week for a full grooming with clear instructions, inspiration photos, and an in-person consultation the week before. He had a beautiful, full Bichon coat that we have worked very hard to grow in. I requested a proper Bichon show-style cut, which the groomer assured me she could do. Unfortunately, the result was extremely disappointing. His coat was not groomed as discussed, his face was chopped unevenly, and his body was left untouched. Even more concerning, he was not fully cleaned. His paws were still dirty, and the areas around his feet were not trimmed or rounded at all. Our lil lady "Mufla Elizabeth" just LOVES her spa days thanks to Splash n Dash. As you can see from the photo, she's excited to be headed that way! Darcy is always welcoming and excited to see Muffies. We do the monthly membership and love the weekly visits and discounts for added services. Highly recommend these guys. Your dogs will thank you

This is such a wonderful environment. The staff are all very sweet and my Westie always comes out looking like a Westie should look. They are top notch and parking is convenient. They contact you the minute your little guy is ready. I love Splash and Dash.

I brought my puppy in for her first ever grooming last week and the team at Splash and Dash was fantastic! As most puppies do, my girl was fidgeting a lot for her first cut. I had to bring her back the next day for their “Cute Cut Guarantee” and the staff did a great job finishing up trimming around her ears and eyes for no extra charge. I will definitely be using this locations services again!

We’ve taken both of our dogs to Splash and Dash (we previously used another groomer in downtown St. Pete), and we’re so glad we made the switch. It’s a small business run by dedicated, genuine owners, and the convenience of online booking is matched by the quality of their work. Both dogs came home looking and smelling amazing. Darcy took the time to talk through haircut options, asked thoughtful questions, and made notes to ensure the groomer delivered exactly what we wanted. We’re thrilled with the results and will be changing groomers officially. Highly recommend!
