The vets at Northwest all know my Auggie incredibly well, since he was a tiny puppy. Auggie has a lot of issues medically, including seriously high anxiety and cortisol-induced seizures, and they always make sure to go the extra mile for him whenever he needs to come in so it is not only safe, calm, and comfortable for him, but also for me! I know how much they love my fur baby just by the level of care and the time they take to make sure he is safe and happy. I am so grateful for all their help these past 7 years.

Dr. Saez, the fact that you came in on your day off to take immediate action and perform emergency surgery means more to us than words can truly express. Dr. Wilson, your care, support, and commitment during this incredibly difficult time did not go unnoticed and meant so much to our family. Usually I'm so nervous about vet visits but I have never met a more kind and welcoming staff. From the front desk to the vet techs to the doctors themselves, everyone was so kind and welcoming and just so loving towards my pet and so understanding towards my anxiety. They helped me with treating my babies chronic illness and explained everything so thoroughly and they also extracted some bad teeth and were not only quick about getting him in, but so gentle towards him as well. They took such good care of him and adored him so much! I couldn't have asked for a better experience for something that is usually so stressful. If you are looking for a new vet who cares about your babies, this is the place to go everytime! Honestly, I'll never go to another vet in my life!

This clinic is the best of the best. Every team member is on her A-Game and provides state-of-the-art care for our pets. They are reasonably-priced and they all go above and beyond to help us care for our animals. I am very grateful to this awesome clinic and its staff. Highly recommend!

All of the staff and Dr. Abi were super nice to interact with and we felt like our concerns about our cat were heard. We felt comfortable at Northwest Vet Clinic and are glad that we went. The vet techs were also in love with Klaus and came to the room just to visit him, so he felt loved and relaxed during his visit too :).
