Halo had his first grooming appointment today and Avery made the whole experience so easy and comforting! She was so warm and attentive, and really made me feel seen as a new pet parent and she was truly a true breath of fresh air. I left feeling calm knowing Halo was in great hands. He’s already excited for his next visit, and we’re so happy to be part of the Splash and Dash fam! Splash N Dash has been amazing with my dog, Bluey! He goes every month and always comes home fresh, happy, and well cared for. They do a great job with his regular grooming, teeth cleaning, and nail care. Communication is excellent — I always get text updates and they’re very responsive. We have been bringing our Cavapoo Brownie to Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique in Needham, MA since they opened and we have nothing but great things to say. Amazing management and staff. We felt welcomed from the very 1st day and we have being pleased with the bath and grooming services. We feel they do an excellent job every time. We absolutely love how Brownie looks and smells every time she comes home from S&D! Brownie LOVES the staff and gets super excited to go inside. They are now like family to her.
