I came to help do some cleanup, organization, and see the dogs, with a friend of mine who had to surrender her very much loved Chocolate Lab. It is incredibly rare to meet someone as genuine, selfless, and dedicated to saving dogs, as Linda is. She and her team took on a huge project after the previous founder's passing, and within a short time, they have revitalized the heart and soul of Spirit Animal Sanctuary. The staff here work tirelessly and constantly, to improve the animals' care, conditions, and emotional well-being, and I wish more people how much effort is put into this every single day. Sadly we had to rehome our beloved Charlie to Spirit. Linda has taken such unbelievably excellent care of our pup and treats him like family. We are grateful for her dedication to helping all these dogs and saving the sanctuary.

Linda is a saint for all shes put into this place. After her uncle let it get away from him, Linda stepped in and has put her heart and soul into it. We sadly had to surrender our dog that we loved so much because he had two attacks and the county gave us the option to rehome or euthanize.Linda welcomed him with open arms and has been amazing knowing how hard this was for us. We wish we were closer to help as volunteers as she has a lot still to accomplish.

Could not bring myself to put my dog down after a biting incident and I couldn't trust the dog so Spirit was the only answer and it turned out to be the best one. Bo was happy and well cared for there. He lived there for 8 years before he passed away. So glad I made the right decision for him.
