Just moved to the area from Rome. Was looking for an affordable and reliable place to take my dog to get groomed. Destiny was amazing! I made my appointment via Facebook messenger, dropped my dog off the next day and was told 30-45 minutes, and she was done in about 35! She got a full bath, full blow dry, nail clip and file, an ear cleaning, and a new bandana all for $55 (cost is dependent on dog size). I’ll definitely be returning!!

Excellent service. Super friendly staff and wonderful set up. Desiree was very helpful answering my questions about grooming needs for Maggie. You can tell that the girls really care about their clients. Desiree did a fantastic job on our Golden Retriever 👍

They never called back to make an appointment to have my small dog grommed and my other two nails cut. Must be making to much cash and don't want to be put in a higher tax bracket lol! I have been going to the groom room in Boonville for over a year but unfortunately she moved away and what a great job she did and always got back to her customers. I spoke to a few people from here and most had not to much good to say. Guess it's New Hartford once a month, too bad. Keep up the good job!!!!
