We called Sunday afternoon trying to get our Great Dane seen for urgent care because he was very ill. From the moment we called, they were incredibly kind and helpful. They took all of our information ahead of time so when we arrived, we didn’t have to wait at all. When we got there, they were already prepared for us and brought our dog back right away. The staff was compassionate, efficient, and clearly cared about helping our dog feel better as quickly as possible. What we appreciated most was their honesty. They didn’t run unnecessary tests or try to inflate the bill. We were fully expecting the visit to cost $2,000 or more, but the total ended up being under $1,000. Ultimately, we opted to transition our care from this clinic due to persistent communication and organizational challenges. During our puppy's scheduled appointment, we experienced a delay exceeding 20 minutes in the examination room without any communication, necessitating our proactive inquiry at the front desk. The medical records and documentation we furnished in advance were not reviewed by the medical staff, and a staff member questioned the necessity of our appointment, despite its prior booking as a new puppy visit. Compassion was felt by every person. Martha our lab and I were shown the ultimate amount of Kindness and Care through gentle communication of an ever so difficult time. Thank you for listening and then explaining to allow me to gain perspective of what was best for our girl. I had to take my shop cat Buddy in because of a broken leg. Turns out someone shot him and his leg was shattered and I had to make the extremely difficult decision to put him down to end his pain. The staff were all extremely compassionate and nurturing to both of us.

Great, friendly staff and such a welcoming atmosphere. The vet and vet techs were wonderful and gave my boy so much love—honestly, 4–5 people stopped by just to say hi to him. The appointment was thorough, informative, and never felt rushed. Georgie loved everyone, and it truly showed how much they care. Highly recommend!
