Jill's Pet Grooming

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I'm used to taking my girl to a very skilled groomer in the valley but wanted something closer to home. The smell of the shop is unpleasant, like dog urine. When I arrived for my first appointment the groomer left a small dog on the table with a noose around its neck unattended, thankfully the dog didn't hurt itself but that's a huge risk and red flag. Still, I decided to give them a chance. They groomed my 70# dog in 1.5 hrs, which was another red flag because she usually takes 3 hours. When I arrived I understood why it was so fast - she had been clipper trimmed on her entire body with no blending and uneven cuts all over as well as an obvious clipper cut on the middle of her head. I recently moved to the area and I needed to find a new groomer. My girls first trip there was great. Everyone was so friendly and they did a fantastic job on my girls. I have found my new groomer!

Freaking amazing, I had gotten my cat back from my ex..He didn’t take care of him like he should have been. He is a maincoon, but he was badly matted. So she shaved him with a lion cut… he is so adorable! I have a happy cat & he stopped throwing up since she shaved him! I will highly recommend her to Friends and family!! I will be coming back!!

Don’t recommend. We took our golden retriever here. And he comes home with his 3 paws, yes 3 paws only trimmed. One paw was left untouched and he was not trimmed anywhere else. She said we had told her a ‘light” trim. I did say trim just not light. Either way No matter what was said he should’ve come home looking way different. She said she would trim and fix it but still charge us for another grooming. All I wanted was the mistake fixed. So We took him to a different local groomer. And they did it the right way. He came home looking trimmed and clean. At least we paid again to get it done right but shouldn’t have ahead to imo.

Our dog has been a problem child wherever we took her to get her nails trimmed. No one could touch her feet. We thought that we were going to have to knock her out when we discovered Jill's Pet Grooming. I'm so glad we did!! Our dog still acts like she's getting killed, but the groomers are able to clip her nails in spite of her resistance. No blood, and every visit gets a little easier.
