This is my mom’s second time taking her yorkie Princeton to Special Pet. The first time they did an amazing job when it came to grooming him except the snip his ear that had her concern.. It was months since then; Now today my mom drop her baby off and they did a horrible job with his cut. It look like my five year old got a hold of the scissors and chopped him up. My mom really didn’t paid any attention walking out but when she got home she literally tear up. Special Pets you guys did such an awful job.

Sierra has been an amazing groomer for my little guy. I have taken him back a few times now after his first ever professional appointment. I can tell by his anxiety getting better that they take care of their furry clientele. The staff has always been nice and easy to communicate with as someone going to a groomer's for the first time. Very affordable as well! Be prepared for your pup to be gone a few hours but they'll come out looking great! 10/10

We have used Special Pets for over two years for boarding and grooming of our silly, large, hyper poodle Mr. Winston. Recently they have helped us with our adopted 8 year old Bichon Ms. Lydia. We absolutely love every experience we have with Special Pets. Our doggies are always so well cared for and loved. They come home happy and healthy. We appreciate the staff so much for their attention and care.

Amazing haircut! Best cut my 4 year old Teddy Bear has ever had!

We had the best experiences with this business for the grooming of our Alaskan Malamute until today. Before today I would have told you that they were one of the most expensive places we've taken her but also the absolute best! Despite the appearance of the outside of the shop, I would have told you to take your dog here in a heartbeat. In fact, I did recommend this facility to several acquaintances. Unfortunately today we did not have a pleasant experience. We were told for the first time at pick up that the next time we come back our dog will be shaved instead of brushed and washed like normal. She also was not provided enough water during her visit today and drank crazy amounts of water when she got home. We know our dog is a lot of work and very large so we were happy to pay the $1
