The staff and Opthamologists are considerate, efficient, polite, and most of compassionate about their clinic and all animals! They all take the time to clearly explain diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. They never try to rush you so they can get through their appointments. I am so glad that their services are nearby! I highly recommend AEC for your pets' eye needs!

We couldn’t be happier with the care our dog Jack received here! The entire team was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to give Jack the emergency care he needed. . The staff is warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. Jack had eye removal surgery, and the incision looks perfect after just a few days. You can tell he was in expert hands. We’re so grateful for the outstanding care and follow-up. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing specialized eye care for their pets! 🐾

My sweet little chi mix was referred from my local vet. He could be on meds that might work or have his eye removed. I cannot say enough about the staff. So friendly and professional. I was offered a few options, prices given. They were able to do a procedure. They explained no guarantee. He is now on meds. His eye looks great. Called with an emergency and they saw me the next day. So far he’s doing great but they were amazing. Made me feel like my baby was in the best hands money could buy. Grateful.

We took in an emergency board due to a trainer in Aiken bailing on training for an eye issue that occurred in his care. The parents were out of country and the pup was supposed to be boarded by the trainer. This crew was on point from the time we walked in on.. they are so caring and considerate! They take their time explaining things and I don’t feel rushed or like a burden. They are truly amazing! I was also shocked at how reasonable the price was. Didn’t think it would be so cheap considering! And whoever the person was that complained about a price change for insurance on their review… maybe they were cutting you a break if you didn’t have it.
