I am still stunned at the horrible experience I had here yesterday. I applied on Saturday to adopt a particular kitten. They requested a vet name/record from my now deceased previous cat, who was like my son. I treated him like gold and gave him the best life, as anyone who knows me or knew him could tell you. I provided them with the information, which the girl at the front (don't even know her name or title), took. Previous to this phone call, she indicated to me that BECAUSE HE WAS STRICTLY AN INSIDE CAT, it was not as crucial to have constant vet records or shots. I indicated to them very clearly that the times Meatball needed medical care, I brought him in. I also spent a thousand dollars bringing him to the emergency vet in February when he got sick. He had his last rabies shot in Ap

“Wheels” now known as Pablo Picasso.. Picasso for short has been with us just under a week. He’s a lovely boy he came from a hoarders house and was neutered late at one year and seven months. Give these kitties a chance! I couldn’t be happier with him. The girl I met at the shelter when I picked him up, so sorry can’t remember her name. Perhaps it was Miranda? Was lovely, engaging and clearly cared very much.

Very attentive and lovely staff. You can tell that they really do enjoy being there and caring for the animals. It's an awesome place to volunteer!

Thank you so very much, Caroline! The kind folks here took my big kitty in at the end of last month during a difficult time I was going through. Today I stopped in to say Thank You and was blessed with a chance to chat and get some Best Practices and guidance on interacting and caring for my girl. Sunrise is a really sweet cat and that was noted, and appreciated for saying. I now have a much better feeling about the care she received and that she had a microchip "installed". This is a great operation with very caring individuals working here, if you need their assistance or want to adopt, you couldn't ask for a better environment than what I was shown today.

Best adoption experience! Very kind staff, well kept space, and we love our new little kitty Tahini (previously Missy). Thank you SPCA!
