Customer Reviews
We had a wonderful experience adopting our dog, Poppy in August, 2025. I understand some people's frustration with the process but the staff truly want the best for the animals. Their intent is to find the animals their forever home and for them never to be returned. We stopped by several times during visiting hours to see the dogs available. The staff and volunteers were always friendly and had no problems answering any questions we had. Please know that the application, vetting and approval process may seem arduous but the staff love and only want the best for the animals.
We adopted our precious little boy 10 months ago. The staff were wonderful to work with. I have to applaud their vetting process, they are very thorough! They do their due diligence to ensure ,as much as they possibly can, that the pet is going to a loving home with pet owners who will give them their best possible life.
This organization is so passionate about the animals they serve! They are kind and caring and truly do everything possible to find these sweet animals loving homes. We’re so grateful for them!
We just adopted two kitties from here and the process was smooth - just know before you go. Find the animals online and then fill out the application before dropping in to meet them. Makes it a lot easier
We recently rescued a 13 year old cat and had a wonderful experience. The shelter was well-maintained and the animals are clearly well taken care of by the staff and the volunteers. We have had a few questions in the week following our adoption and the staff has been responsive and helpful. Please note - the application review process can take at least a week which can feel like a long time when you are antsy to meet an animal in particular, so do be patient/mindful of that. This due diligence is needed to ensure the animals go to safe homes.
