Great experience adopting from here a few months ago! My puppy was potty trained and well behaved already. Staff was amazing at the adoption process and letting me know about his required vaccines. They do a monthly vaccine clinic which is helpful.

I was very disappointed with how unprofessional the office staff behaved during my visit. The individuals working the front desk appeared to be very young and lacked both professionalism and basic customer service skills. I personally witnessed one of the girls speak to a couple in a condescending manner, as though they were an inconvenience rather than people trying to do the right thing. Here’s what happened: A couple had adopted a puppy but had to return it because their existing pets didn’t adjust well. Stopped in and adopted a cute little girl puppy she is only 11 weeks old named faith. Wish I could have taken her brother too. The staff was very informative about the situation she was rescued from and why her and her brother had to be separated. They even called the vet so I could hear about the results of her exam.

Very disappointed with this place. The people in the office were extremely rude and laughing at us. We just wanted a meet and greet with our dog and one of theirs. We did not come in with the intention of adopting I just felt a need to go to a shelter. We fell in love with a very sweet pit bull puppy. However since my current dog is not yet fixed they would not allow us to adopt. It was also very cold outside today 54 degrees and they had the dogs runs open. Most of them were shivering. I have a husky and I don’t let her out long in the cold weather. We felt like we were being ushered out and just left extremely disappointed.

The worker there was nice and accepted my donation of a blanket with Grace. The dogs they had looked good and cared for but they need homes! Please see this as your sign to adopt.
