My experiences at Spay Neuter Clinic of the Carolinas have always been exceedingly positive - they consistently listen to and address any questions I have and are incredibly thorough when checking on my pets' health. I have been taking my cat here for years so bringing our new kitten in for her first visit was a no-brainer. The staff are consistently kind, informed, and positive - I feel that my pets are truly cared for here. I appreciate their transparency with the services both recommended and provided. I could not ask for a better experience for my pets' care.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at SNCC! They were absolutely amazing with my dog, Freya. I went through the PetDesk app to schedule an appointment in short notice, and they still managed to get her in without hesitation. From the moment we walked in, the staff was so kind, patient, and professional — you could tell they truly care about every animal that comes through their doors. The DVM took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure Freya was comfortable the entire time. It’s such a relief finding a clinic that treats your pet like family, especially when things are a bit last-minute. Freya came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Huge thank you to the entire staff from beginning to end for going above and beyond!

My cat is gone…💔and no review will bring her back — but maybe my experience will help someone else.🙏 I thought for a long time about whether to write this, but after reading other negative reviews here, I realized how important it is… because if I had read them earlier, maybe my cat would still be alive 💔 My cat was just a little over a year old — young and perfectly healthy (the autopsy confirmed that). She had given birth only a month ago and was still nursing. To prevent another pregnancy too soon and for her health, we decided to have her spayed. But from the very beginning, we had doubts — was her body strong enough for surgery? We’re not veterinarians, so we couldn’t know for sure. That’s why we called the clinic in advance to ask whether we should spay her now or wait a bit longer

These folks are amazing! Always super helpful and extremely caring to my beloved pups. From the front desk staff who provide excellent customer service to the techs and veterinarians that provide superb care, I am never disappointed. I highly recommend this group of compassionate caregivers.

Had a great experience with all the providers at this practice. They worked well as a team to provide a caring environment for our normally nervous cat. Great communication as well - recommend for spaying and other vet services.
