Spawtique Pet Grooming

That is the best place that I have ever taken my Chihuahua to spend the night. The place is kept immaculate and the staff is fantastic. All I have to do is mention her name and he gets all excited because he knows he's going back down. Thank you, Kathy.

Owner was able to get me in for an appointment quickly. She was very polite and easy to talk to and answered all of my questions I had about potentially trying to groom my dog myself. It is my first time owning a little dog and I'm just learning the ropes on the grooming process for little dogs. They were able to get her face and tear stains nice and white. And my pup was just adorable afterwards. I was told the grooming would be approximately an hour. And they were very punctual with getting my pup back to me in an hour as they stated. Owner is an animal lover and even has some of her own unique pets in the shop with her. I was comfortable and confident knowing the owner had years of experience. I will definitely be scheduling my dogs next grooming with her.

I have used Spawtique many times. It wasn’t always the best groom, but could get my dog in a week/2 week notice rather than wait 1-2 months at bigger pet salons. I booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 12:30. Day of the appointment around 12:12pm I am on my way and owner calls (I do not see because driving) and leaves VM saying I am 12 minutes late and she cancelled the appointment. I immediately call and confused and say this was a 12:30 appointment?? I specifically put it on my personal calendar for 12:30. She said nope 12, and she will not take my dog because she had a 1pm. My dog is a 60lb, needs full bath, hand clip, blow dry- you are not getting her done in 1 hour. Her grooms always take upwards of 2-3 hours. I think there was a scheduling conflict and this was the way out. I

Was worried trying a new groomer because I had mine for years. They closed recently. Spawtique was superb, kind and did a super fantastic job on my shih tzu. He loved it there too.

We had the greatest experience at Spawtique! I have a beloved yet high energy 12 year old yorkie who absolutely hates scissors!!!!! The team did an incredible job with Alfie! He looks wonderful!
