I needed a bag of dog food from the top shelf that I could not reach. I went to the front of the store and asked the man working there to help me. He asked what section I needed help at, I told him in the dog food. I went back to the dog food aisle but after a few moments I realized that nobody was coming back to help me. I found a small ladder and moved it to where I could then reach the bag I needed. When I went to the front to pay, he and 2 other employees were standing there. He was just talking and the two women were there working. Maybe I should just start buying my dog food from Chewy. It’s a shame because the groomers are excellent.

Bought guinea pig from here she wasn’t even a year old and she died they also ship their pets in big boxes stacked on top of each other with other animals inside and they could all have diseases and make the other one sick petco is a joke this picture of her is a day before she died

I’m very disappointed to see reptiles being kept here without proper care. The crested gecko is housed in an enclosure that is far too small, which does not allow enough space to grow, climb, or remain healthy. This is not acceptable husbandry. If a store chooses to sell or display reptiles, they should be knowledgeable and provide appropriate enclosures and care. Something needs to be addressed here, because the well-being of the animals should come first.

Doordash driver brought my dogs food to the wrong address. Even after telling Doordash customer service and Petco customer service and the local store staff they are trying to avoid helping me. I told them I don't have money to get my dogs more food and they said basically tough wait til tomorrow. The manager is avoiding coming to the phone. Go to Chewy or anywhere else. The manager ended up helping me out. The Doordasher for this order should be fired
