Spaws Grooming

I brought my young Brussels Griffon to Spas Grooming today, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. She’s just over a year old and still a puppy, and before I even made it home after drop-off, I received a message saying she was “too aggressive” to groom. This surprised me because she’s a small dog and has only been to the groomer a couple of times. The previous visit (about four months ago) they didn’t finish trimming her face because they said she wiggled too much. It felt to me like they weren’t very patient with her or willing to work with a young dog who is still learning the process. Some parts of their operation are efficient and professional—especially their scheduling—but when it comes to actually caring for my dog, I didn’t feel she was treated with much understanding

They did such an amazing job with our dog! She is a labradoodle mix (more poodle) so she has super curly hair that is always getting matted. I didn't even recednize her when they brought her out! She looks so pretty and she is so soft! And it should last awhile. Her nails were getting long too so she needed somw tlc big time! They even put a cute bandana on her. Worth every penny and all yhe time it took! She was relaxed and even gave the groomer a kiss when she left so obviously she loved every min of it! I added the before pictures and the after! Took my little Corgi to the groomers there, and it went great! I went in for a Sanitary groom and staff were kind and welcoming, despite it looking like quite a busy day. Before they took her for the appointment, they talked me through what they would do,mostly paw and other sanitary trims. My dog is a little stubborn about getting handled, and they let me know after that they couldn't trim all of her belly (saw that one coming, haha). Loved the communication and addressed all of my main wants for the groom. It was pretty busy and crowded/loud when I came in, which was a lot for my dog at first, but it's a smaller space, so I expected that. They did a great job!

We love Spaws! They are always so accommodating and friendly. They do a great job with our dog. She hates to be groomed and they are always so patient and kind with her. We wouldn't go anyplace else.

AMAZING SERVICE! Staff is so knowledgeable and friendly! My dog always came back looking handsome and feeling great.
