The selection for creature products is fantastic. The expertise and customer service are great. My family and I will be by weekly for crickets and a great reptile buffet. This is one of the best stores I have ever visited. The environment is welcoming, and the staff are exceptional. I spent over an hour speaking with a staff member and asked many questions. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he never made me feel like I was a bother or wasting his time. He was patient, attentive, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. The level of customer service was outstanding, and the overall experience was truly impressive. And with all his information we were able to successfully feed it back python that hasn't eaten in over 2 months.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an amazing family-owned business! The moment my family (husband, daughters ages 7 and 4, and myself) walked into Custom Creatures Pet Shop, we were warmly greeted by Teagan. We let him know we were just visiting from out of town and only there to explore, but that didn’t stop him from treating us like valued customers. The shop is packed with fascinating creatures, spiders, snakes, lizards, chameleons, turtles, and so much more. When we stumbled across the coolest fish we’d ever seen (an axolotl!), our family had about a million questions. Teagan answered each one with such patience, kindness, and expert knowledge, even knowing we weren’t there to make a purchase. Great Quality Pets, live food and frozen so much cheaper and better than other main stream stores. Also I love supporting local businesses over big corporations. Love this place This is the best pet store I've ever been to. Also they spend quality time with you as an interested pet owner and the care they obviously have is very special. You guys are very impressive. You have "Branded " your business without even having to try, in my opinion.
