On June 26, 2025 I brought my younger dog “Canela” here to get groomed for the first time. I’ve brought my older two dogs here before and haven’t had any problems with the groomer in the past until now. When I went to go pick up my dogs from the groomers, the groomer told me that my younger dog’s eyes got red because she “popped the blood vessels in both of her eyes, due to stress”. The groomer then got really defensive saying that I should have told him that my dog’s never been to a groomers before and then told me that she got crazy stressed and wouldn’t stay still (he should’ve called me! But he proceeded to groom her🤦🏽‍♀️😠)When he gave me my younger dog her eyes looked really bad and her left eye was really swollen. The owner is so kind; Hanky is a rescue who was severely traumatized so I was reluctant to leave him, but he walked straight to the back room without hesitation! I knew then, that this was our guy! He got down to Hanks level, spoke to him, and it was all good.

I was super nervous at first because I brought in my puppy for his first grooming ever. The owner is very kind and explains the whole process. They take a bit longer than usual, but are very patient with dogs and try to have them as relaxed as possible. Excellent service for a great price, and you get to support a local business! I have a maltipoo and they were able to give him an excellent haircut.

Worst experience....I was in an emergent situation to clean my dog and I had to take her there for a bath and brush. After looking at my dog he says I can't brush her hair. Might I add, she's a maltipoo with medium hair and I brush her hair weekly. She had no mattes or knots... After telling him that my other groomer who I usually take her to has done it when her hair was longer and that I do it myself recently he said he won't do it. I asked if he can give her a bath without brushing (I considered brushing her hair myself) he said he won't do that either. So I asked if you won't brush her hair and won't not brush her hair, what option are you leaving me with...he said haircut or no service so upon discussing her grooming details, it soon became apparent that he does what he wants without

First time taking my 4 month old Siberian husky to the groomers. I was really nervous taking him I want someone who would do a good job at washing my puppy as well take care of him. They did a very good job, they bathed him clipped his toes, brushed his teeth etc, I highly recommend coming here. I had other dogs before but this one is my very own dog and i want the best for him and he got the best at this dog groomer. Thank you
