Spa Bow Wow

Holly and her staff are the BEST!! I have taken all three of my golden retrievers there over the years and they love it. They always look amazing and smell great when we pick them up. People always comment on how soft my dogs’ coats are. The best part is I know they are loved on while they are there because they are so excited to run in the door and greet the staff. Highly recommend Spa Bow Wow!!!

We've been taking our Shi Tzu here for over six years. We were a bit concerned with the change of staff a few months ago, but we have not been let down. The new staff communicates well, are friendly, and have given our dog great cuts. His last cut was one of the best he's ever gotten. Their prices have increased with less services included. If you can afford it, I recommend Spa Bow Wow.

Spa Bow Wow — Quality declined after staff change; poor communication and broken promises. I have been a loyal customer of Spa Bow Wow for several years. In the past, there was an excellent groomer I fully trusted—my dog was always groomed beautifully, never overly stressed, and the appointment usually took no more than 2–2.5 hours. Unfortunately, after that groomer apparently left, the service quality has significantly declined. My last visit was extremely disappointing: my dog was groomed very poorly, kept for about five hours, and was visibly stressed afterward. For the price I paid (not inexpensive), it felt like the grooming was done by someone inexperienced. I took my furbaby to Spa Bow Wow this past weekend (01.10.2026) and they were fantastic! The spa is clean, they had classical music playing, treats and everyone from check-in to check-out was incredibly friendly. Their pricing is very competitive, especially for the level of service. You can tell they love dogs and have a passion for what they do. I will definitely be back!

I recently visited this location with my fur baby! They are so sweet and caring plus the new look is so great! Stephanie and Jef are so smart and talented and greeted me and my baby as soon as we walked in and took the time to listen to my wants and needs! Thank you again for treating kofi with so much love! And that lil guy at the counter has the best personality and is so sweet. This place rocks I recommend a 1000 % over anywhere in Alpharetta!! Glad y'all got rid of that Hope or Whatever her name was and that old staff! Keep being great and you guys will be amazing!
