I called worried about my sick dog, and they were able to get me within a few hours! Terri and her staff were so caring and compassionate towards my dog which is nothing like I’m used to at other clinics in the area. They are going to be my new goto place from now on! I highly recommend them and if you want someone to take care of your fur baby like you would! 🤍

I was on the phone with my friend when she went in to get a flea pill. She walked in sweet and asked for the flea pill. The woman at the register was extremely rude and snappy towards my friend. If you want a polite person at the register, i do not recommend.

They helped me when my cat was bitten in the face by a rattlesnake. I had never been there before, but it was 4pm on a Thursday & after a phone call, they had a team waiting for my baby! They started his treatment as soon as he arrived, and they actually CARED. Even afterward, they were happy to hear about his recovery. My regular vet was unavailable & no other vets seemed to be available or willing. Thank goodness for Southside, or my boy would've died a long, painful death. I highly recommend them!

Traci is a loving, caring Veterinarian and her staff is always a tentative to your needs and very friendly. Lola my German Shepherd is OK with all of them Sadie Mae, the dachshund she doesn’t like anyone lol.

I live out of town, but originally from Natchez so I know a few of the ladies that work here. I needed a flea pill for my 7 pound poodle, I called them and they told me to swing by so they could weight my pup and get me the correct pill. Sarah and Brianna in the front office were absolutely amazing. They weighted my fur baby and explained all information needed for his flea pill. Sarah gave me the online pharmacy information so I could order and have Oakley’s medicine shipped directly to me in the future. I recommend giving this Veterinarian Clinic a try - I believe and trust that you will be satisfied. 🐶 Oakley approved 🐾
