Wonderful staff, with EXCEPTIONAL CARE provided to our fur babies. The lady who owns this shop is nothing short of AMAZING. She goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make EACH and EVERY CLIENT HAPPY with their fur baby’s not only groom, but entire visit at Bubbles and Bows. She’s the most honest business owner I’ve ever met. She will tell you the absolute truth about your fur baby and if the groom/style you request will not only work, but also look great on the individual fur baby. I’ve never had another experience with any other grooming salon even come CLOSE to the services my baby receives at Bubbles and Bows. This is hands down the worst grooming experience my dog has ever had. I’m furious at how careless and sloppy this haircut is. My poor dog looks absolutely ridiculous — uneven, shaved way too short in places, and nothing like what I asked for. It’s beyond unprofessional that anyone thought this was acceptable to send a pet home looking like this (photos attached). My dog was also clearly stressed from the experience, which makes it even worse. I wasted my money and now have to wait weeks for her hair to grow back. I would never recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pet.

I’m from Ferriday and I saw this place on Facebook, and please don’t let the reviews or what people who post ugly things about fool you. There is no way for the business to tell their side of the story which isn’t fair for the business. Bring your pets over to 22 Feltus Street, in Natchez, Ms. I brought my poodle Chloe to Bubbles and Bows. When I tell yall Mrs. Patsy, Jo, & Erica did an awesome job with her. I am so pleased these ladies, these ladies went above and beyond and have did everything in the world for me. When I tell yall I came not knowing any of these ladies and I now have FRIENDS. I have been taking my King Charles Cavalier to Bubbles & Bows in Natchez for about 4 years! Service is great, haircuts & blow out is Wonderful! He always looks amazing and very regal!

Call and they had a slot opened right then and told me to bring my dog right on. They were fast courteous and friendly. My pets have been there before and they always do a wonderful job
