Southside Animal Hospital

I switched to Southside Animal Hospital a little over a year ago and I love it! I usually see Dr. White. She is just wonderful. Extremely caring and compassionate. The She's also extremely knowledgeable in just about everything animal and owner related! The vet techs are super as well. Everyone is very thorough and takes time to listen. That's much appreciated! The front desk staff is just as great. Everyone I have encountered there are very personable and I can tell that they truly enjoy what they're doing. They are making a difference in animal care.

Outstanding Experience! I brought my cat in for an examination and vaccinations, and I couldn’t be happier with the care we received. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, gentle, and genuinely caring — they made my cat (and me!) feel completely at ease. The veterinarian took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and handled my cat with such kindness and professionalism. Having our pets check ups with Dr. White have been great and always giving us options on what we can do to make life easier for our fur babies. All of our pets were treated by Dr. Mary Ann White and we are greatly blessed with her care and compassion for our pets. The staff is very welcoming and make you very comfortable.

My appointment was at 10am but after checking in I waited for more than 30 minutes. I was thanked for my patience and had been explained that they had some prior appointments that were emergencies. I understood and when I had any questions they answered them for me. Very nice and sweet staff, I do trust my fur babies with them.
