Me and Gary (my cat) love the people here - they are so kind, so welcoming, very educated and I cannot imagine taking my cats anywhere else at this point. Gary ended up having to have a dental extraction and had to be put under while it was removed and the wonderful gal who checked us in in the morning knew how anxious I was about everything and told me she was "so happy when Gary woke up" which made me feel so seen!!!! I cannot remember her name, but she knows who she is!!! And to the gal who checked us out after Gary's surgery and how well she went over everything and made sure I felt comfortable taking care of him at home. On top of the wonderful people (I wrote down names but I can't find the paper) - this vets office is very patient friendly with their prices. I could go on and on,

The staff here have always been amazing. We recently had to have our cat of 19 years put down and they were very comforting and compassionate. We appreciate them so much. Thank you all for your dedication to animals and their families.

So happy we started coming to PWC. The Southport location is convenient and the staff is top notch! We love Dr. L and everyone we've encountered. They've been extremely helpful and genuinely concerned for each pet we've brought in, including a "porch cat" that had a severe abscess in his mouth. Our bulldog mix ruptured her CCL; the x-ray, exams, meds, and scheduled surgery are expensive but comparable to other providers. The Pet Prime is an excellent option for our pets and has been a great supplement to our bulldog's insurance since her ortho isn't covered.

Wow! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this location and its employees! I just recently brought my baby Penelope here for the first time ( she’s very old and does not travel well)… they were so nice and not pressuring me to add additional services….. little did I know I would be returning just a few weeks later after she unexpectedly passed ( unrelated to the visit and she was 13 years old). I was hysterical and sobbing… They were so accommodating and sweet and turned an awful awful situation into slightly less awful… a week later I got the most precious card with footprints of my baby after her passing… I cried so hard it was the sweetest gesture! These are wonderful, caring amazing people! Thank you! 🙏

I found this clinic on the spur of the moment, and I am so thankful I did. We love Dr. L and the techs! The front office staff has also been so sweet and friendly! We had a really bad experience before finding this clinic, and they have shown us that good vets still do exists! I would highly recommend bringing your little ones here. Dr. L has been really open with things wrong with my little one, and has caught stuff other vets have missed. She is also great at quoting you prices before doing any labs. Again, I strongly recommend this place for your little one, my little one seems so much happier here as well!
