Southern Tails

I took my rat terrier Coco to board for a week while I was on vacation. I dropped Coco off on July 3rd and I got a call on July 9th saying she was not eating or handling boarding well. I told them I was still on vacation and that my son could pick Coco up now, but then I was told that they were closing. I sent my son to pick my dog Coco up that next morning Thursday July 10th and he sent me pictures of a cut on her head. After I returned home from vacation, I called Southern tails several times and I got no answers. So I went by Southern tails for some answers about what happened to my dog Coco, just to be told that the owner isn't at work and she will not be at work all week. Today is July 15th, and I still haven't gotten any answers about what happened to my dog Coco.

Great service! They listen to their customers and my mother has had her dogs groomed by the owner for years! Highly recommend!

We have an elderly Maltese with serious health issues. It is so hard for me to trust anyone with her. She literally goes with me everywhere. I brought her in for a complete groom along with my Basset who I brought in for a bath and nails. Nikki was so wonderful with my little pup that I'm bringing her back next week for a touch up! They also did a great job on my Basset. She smelled so clean and her nails were finally cut! It's so wonderful knowing I have someplace I can trust, especially with my little one.

Pepper loves Southern Tails! She gets her spa day while mom is at work! The deshedding treatment is great for expediting the winter coat shedding. And she always leaves with a cute bandana!

I wish I can give zero stars. 0/10 do not recommend. They add all kind of terrible fees. Quote a price & then when you return they have a totally different price.
