Bobby's Pet-A-Groom

My family has been bringing our animals to Ms. Bobby as well as her family members throughout the years however recently her service, communication, customer loyalty, & as well as grooming skills have gotten at an all time low. I’d like to start by saying Ms. Bobby is typically always rude the interactions with her aren’t very pleasant, and honestly gives me as the owner anxiety about bringing in my pet in. On my previous drop off my dog was pregnant and due to the extreme nature of the shop my dog went into labor. Ms. Bobby did not reach out to us immediately, my dog gave birth to one puppy and it ended up passing away due to the sack still covering its face( mind you there is a emergency pet hospital next door to the groomers) by the time i was called and told about this they had already

Ms Bobby has been grooming my pets for the past 20 years. She does an excellent job. My puppy gets excited when I say you’re going to see Ms Bobby.

The older lady working in fgrooming service is absolutely rude and makes comments that are really not her place. My dog has very thick wire like fur cause hes a type of poodle and we brush him constantly. when his hair gets so long no matter how much we brush he gets a couple mats. She got mad and made comments to us that we dont take care of our dog. That we are the type people that love a dog for a couple months and stop giving a crap. Seems to me that she is just opinionated and lazy we pay for a service not a rude opinion. We have heard her be rude to other customers in a similar manner as well. Will no longer use this place we will go somewhere us and our animals are treated with respect.
