I have to disagree strongly to the previous review that gave one star. I don’t know where you’re going to be going to have your dog groomed from now on but all I can tell you is you are making a huge mistake. Both Liz and Amanda at Southern Paws are the most gracious, attentive and first class groomers you’ll find anywhere. I take my dogs there twice a month — once for a shampoo because of their skin and the second for grooming, I have never ever had a bad experience with them. They have found things on my dogs that I hadn’t noticed and I’m very attentive to my dogs. Because of Liz and his Amanda, we caught cancer early on my dog so I will have him around for a while longer. Their cuts are perfect every time. My dog was suppose to receive a hair cut. They only did a shampoo & blow dry. I gave $90.00 in cash. There excuse was, due to the weather, they only trim their hair. They absolutely did not even do that. Will not be going back.

Had a wonderful experience with my dog Mark he looks very good the groomer was very polite respectful she explained everything clearly loved her to death loved her and I will be taking my dog Mart back again

Took my Great Dane to be bathed and have his nails clipped, and I was super impressed! Staff was so friendly, easy to talk to, fair pricing, and I even got to meet some cute doggies staying at their doggy daycare. My family and friends say I’m a little too overprotective of my pups — definitely Mama Bear — so the fact that I felt comfortable leaving my fur-baby in their care says a lot! I HIGHLY recommend!

They took really good care of our special needs boxer mix. We got the de-shed and wash package with nail trim. Since Rusty is so unsteady on his feet, I was worried about the tables they put the dogs on then raise up to bathe. But they left the table low, and stooped over to bathe him. Very personable owner. She really loves dogs. The shop is small, but very well kept up and smelled great. The price was right, too. I don't think Rusty has ever been any cleaner.
