Kelly makes very detailed notes and remembers the nuances of both of my dogs on each visit. Today, I asked for my dogs to have their teeth brushed (for the first time) and she called me to make sure that my congenitally ill boy was safe with the brand of toothpaste that she uses in her spa. She really goes above and beyond to make sure that they are safe and happy in her care. They are always excited to get there instead of scared or standoffish and never seem stressed when I pick them up.

Took my mini schnauzer there today and am very pleased with her grooming. The groomer listen to how I wanted my dog clipped and did what I asked. My dog was relaxed, happy and looking great when I picked her up.

Kellie has provided top-notch customer service with having clear communication and timely responses. She groomed my two babies today and did an amazing job! They both look and smell great and I can tell they feel better. I will definitely be going back to Kellie for routine grooming services!

Kelly is a caring dog groomer and very skilled. Will set up future appts after our experience today! I like that she does one dog at a time, with no constant dogs barking in cages, waiting their turn. Very pleasant experience!

It's been 10 days since my lab has been groomed here and he still looks and SMELLS amazing. He has since been playing in the mud and he went for a few swims in my dirty pool, but he somehow smells the same as the first day.
