My wife brought our dog in last week for allergies. Dr. Franko was incredibly kind, and our dog is already doing better. Since this was our first time visiting, I also want to mention how nice and patient Ariana was when I spoke with her on the phone.

Staff is very kind, friendly,and caring. Doctors are amazing. Dr Foley saved my dog and has treated my other dogs as well. They are extremely compassionate. I would highly recommend them

First time here and it was a great experience. We just got Winston from a rescue and they were able to take him for his first vet visit. Scheduling the appointment was easy, I just called them. Front desk was nice, and the vet was thorough and seems very knowledgeable. Winston had a little parasite that they prescribed meds for right away because they had his stool sample results so quick. We look forward to coming back at his 6 months to get his next flea and tick med.

We had an emergency with our newly adopted puppy. South Bellmore Veterinary Group got her in immediately and took excellent care of her. They also called to check on her and give test results the next day. The doctors and office staff are kind and compassionate, not only to the pets but to the families as well. I was charged a full exam fee and the veterinarian just looked at the issue and talked. He didn’t do anything to the dog and I was told I still get charged because he talked to us. We weren’t even placed in a room he talked to us in the waiting area completely ridiculous. Update: the “exam” occurred in the waiting area which I’ve never in my life seen. If you call looking at her an exam sure we’ll say an exam occurred. The issue cleared up thank you. We chose medication not because it was the cheaper option but because this was only the second occurrence and automatically a $2000 surgery was offered. We will seek a second opinion elsewhere.
