If I could give 0 stars for grooming I would! I met with groomer Lori prior to my yorkies grooming and advise that I want a standard yorkie cut (round face, keeping hair long, round paws and long ears. She basically shaved my baby down and he wasn’t even matted!!!! He looks like a dam RAT! On top of that the cut is uneven! If you’re thinking about this place, DON’T DO IT! I’m going back to Planet Pooch Mobile Grooming from now on! Photos show how my dogs grooming usually looks vs what Petsmart did smh.

wonderful store with extremely friendly staff. will only be going to this location from now on and highly recommend to anyone who wants the best customer service. one of the workers rachel, is amazing and helped me out with my entire trip. one of the nicest retail workers i have ever met she should get a raise.

My review is of the grooming services. I’ve been really happy with the grooming. The groomers listen to what you want and are all good. Scheduling is easy on the app and I have found availability of appointments to be very good. Cost is in line with other places I’ve been.

Re GROOMING! I’d give NO stars if I could. We brought our mini goldendoodle into the grooming dept. BEFORE we made an appointment. I told LORI over and over again, do not groom him like a poodle. He had a beautiful thick coat. He looked like a little bear cub. He had NO MATS except for by the bottom of his legs. LORI felt them and said she’d have to shave the legs with a #5. I said there’s so few, can’t you cut them out? She said she’d try. I said, okay, but just don’t touch his face or head or cut him short. Just clean up his face around his eyes. We love how he looks all SCRUFFY. LORI said oh no, I’m not gonna touch any of this, (running her hands through all the gorgeous thick hair on the top of his head.) Nice Place To Shop, I bring my fur babies here for there grooming service their price is good and I have my babies back in just a few hours. They cut my babies as asked would consider this store for your grooming needs. Cara the groomer is really good and caring
