⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Life-Saving Experience at SAVES Animal Hospital I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible team at SAVES and the care they provided for our cat during one of the most terrifying moments of our lives. After an initial visit to another emergency clinic on Brevard Rd left us without answers, we rushed to SAVES—and from the moment we walked in, everything changed. SAVES treated our cat as if he were their own. The staff immediately took his condition seriously, and we could feel the compassion and urgency in everything they did. They kept him overnight for round-the-clock monitoring, and throughout that time they continuously updated us with messages, photos, and real diagnostic explanations that helped ease our fear and anxiety. Every update felt thoughtful and

It isn't worth the time to say in detail how little the Drs care about your animal. We have dealt with their claims and legal department and it was deemed that they carried on the standard of care. Due to increasing financial costs after procedures, we were not able to keep the $250 appointment with the IM specialist so we rescheduled. After an ultrasound, a CT, and a biopsy (over 9k in services), Saves ended services abruptly with me and my fiance and allowed our 4 yr old cavapoo to suffer (due to the reschedule) until we were able to find a new veterinarian. Dr. Sharon Finster called us after 9 pm on Dec 30th to basically say that there is nothing more they can do for our animal since we cancelled the appointment. We had to fight her for basic maintenance and pain medication as he

This was the best customer service I’ve received in many years if not the best ever. From the time we walked in the door we were greeted with kindness by the front staff. The medical personnel were exceptionally kind and helpful. The doctors were simply amazing. We were able to text messages at any time we had questions and they were promptly answered. Our little Benji was very sick when we arrived, 2 days and nights later he was discharged and he’s doing so much better. I’m afraid we would have lost him if not for the excellent care he received at SAVES. We will be forever grateful.

My sweet boy was recently diagnosed with cancer and a massive tumor in his kidney and spleen and is in pallative care. He was in distress and my worst fear was that a tumor has ruptured and he was bleeding internally. I called them in advance to let them know he was coming. When we arrived they immediately came out and got him and assessed him while we waited out front. The doctor we met with was very thorough and reviewed all the medical records he had, was thoughtful of his care and other conditions. In addition to his cancer, he has a heart murmur so they were very aware of making sure whatever treatments were given were safe in all aspects. They were able to confirm his tumor had not ruptured and made him comfortable until I could contact his vet in the morning. They were very re

SAVES took a nervous and anxious day for us and turned it into a reassuring and hopeful day. My dog, Lucy is needing TPLO surgery. Our doctor explained everything step by step to where I could understand and he answered all of my questions. Lucy loved all of the staff and everyone was so good to her! Even though she needs surgery and I am anxious about it, I know she is in good hands and will be very well taken care of. I know SAVES will help my Lucy get back to her adventures again. I was questioning if I could see Lucy after surgery and unfortunately I am not able to. One of the staff members offered to send me a picture of her to ease my heart once she is out of surgery. That is the most caring and supportive offer from staff and it really makes me love them even more!
