Edwin and his entire staff are very Kind & Professional, and Excellent with handling all their dogs. Our 1-1/2 yr old male standard is so Calm & Relaxed when we pick him up. I've had Edwin hand strip my Cairn Terrier numerous times. I've been pleased all of those times and have always tipped. But today, I noticed when we got home, there was blood in my car. When I looked closer at her, I saw "inflamed" bald spots all over her. I called Edwin and asked what happened and it appeared someone else clip her (her head appeared scissor cut). He was immediately defensive and rude. Very unprofessional.

Took my dog here a few times for nail trims. The last time I took her, she bled so much it got on my sheets and comforter. I didn't expect this. It made me a bit sad that they could be this careless. This has never happened before anywhere else. I was hoping this would be the place I would take her to for a long time, but I was already noticing they are a bit rough with dogs. It doesn't seem they enjoy dogs much. They just want to ge the job done. They don't know how to cut dog nails they cut them too short, too quick.'We won't be coming back, Highly recommend you don't either. When they cut her nails, she yelps and whines, my daughter did it, and she was fine. We gave her treats and told her she was a good girl, that's what she needed to hear.
