From the moment we picked her up, she looked perfectly groomed and so refreshed — and she was genuinely happy. 🐾 Her trim is flawless, her coat feels amazing, and she smells so good! It means so much to know she’s in such kind, capable hands. Thank you for making Ruby look and feel her absolute best! We’ll definitely be back!

I would rate this experience a zero since they did nothing but complicate my life. First my appointment made a week in advance was canceled because the groomer called in sick that day. Then after rescheduling for the following week it was for the wrong thing. They only text. The owner is never there and there is no manager. It is a mess. Then they blame the client for any mishaps. No apologies or personal phone calls or offers! They will definitely charge more if your dog has a couple knots and call it "matted" Unprofessional unreliable and bad service. Not recommended.

It was our first time here, and it was such a great experience. Audri and the team were professional, caring, and very responsive. My dog was happy and stress free. We’ll definitely be back!

Tanya is amazing! I have two dogs that I get groomed, one is a big doodle and the other one is a terrier mix and each dog comes back so fresh and clean. And they put the cutest bows and bandannas on them each time. It is also so easy to make an appointment! The store is so cute and clean and the staff is very nice. Highly recommend Soggy Paws! Thank you for helping keep our pups so cute and fresh!!

I want to thank their groomer Jenni for a “fantastic” summer cut on our WheatenTerrier! Some businesses kept our dog almost all day, she gave a call in far less the time! So worth every penny for our family pup! 💕🙏👌👌
