Agustin’s Exotic Birds & Reptiles is hands down amazing! My husband and I recently went on a 2 week trip and needed to board our Parekeet Kiwi. Kiwi didn’t just board he was cared for with so much love. Agustin & Megan made sure to update us daily on our precious Kiwi while we were away. While boarding Kiwi also got groomed… no wait he got a BATH! How amazing! Augustin is the best! The day we came to pick up Kiwi he looked like a million bucks. We are so grateful to Agustin and Megan. We will definitely be bringing our Kiwi back. And to top it off they have anything and everything you need for your reptiles. Along with Kiwi we have 2 ball pythons, a Pac-Man frog, Tomato frog and Bearded dragon and any and all supplies needed for our babies we can find here! No more going to the reptile exp

We decided to take our babies to Agustin’s Exotics for grooming. Agustin was amazing!!! Not only did he groom them, he gave them a BATH… Yes a Bath! With shampoo and washes them under the water, we were amazed that he had such control and cared about our fur babies! Arlow, our Macaw, has never been given a bath with shampoo by someone else that he didn’t know and he did fantastic! Red, our red head Amazon, was so good she didn’t even try and bite him! By the end of their pampering session Augustin was holding them in His hands and PETTING them! Wow! The colors were so brite and they looked so relaxed and refreshed! We were impressed! Blessed to have met him and will continue to use him going forward. We highly recommend taking your exotic animals here for grooming

Amazing store and a great place to board your birds! We juat got back from a week away and our girl is happy healthy and well cared for. Boarding is easy with juat signing her in and picking her up. The store its self has a great selection of animals food and toys. We get all our new toys here. They have the most beautiful hyacinth macaw at the store as well.

AFTER 1 WEEK BOARDING CARE, MY PAREKEET ENDED UP AT HIS DOCTORS OFFICE, I PICKED HIM UP AND HIS WING HAD OLD BLOOD ALL OVER, UNABLE TO FLY AGAIN, AND WING TWITCHING DONT GO HERE 😭🤬 Boarding worse experience ever, first and last time, I will never go back to them. Came to pick up my parekeet after a week of vacation. As soon as I took him out his travel bag, I noticed one of his wings was significantly shorter, and he wasn't flying as usual inside our house. He was scared of me getting close to him, when before I left of vacation he was eating on my hand. And then that same wing was twitching, so I checked his wing, and he had dry old blood all over under his wing 😭 he is family to us he is not our pet, and I never seen that before in any birds. We hired Megan for an animal show for our kids birthday at Valmonte Farm. It was a spectacular show and she is so great at talking and making the kids comfortable with the animals. One of the lizards had space to walk around. The animals were very calm and the beautiful parrot was a real treat. She gave all the guests plenty of time with the animals and it was a great hour.
