Very satisfied. Responded to initial inquiry very promptly. Got an appointment quickly. Quality of work is very good. My pet usually fights going into any groomer/vet. He went with Diane like he had known her for years. Also coming out he didn't run to me like,"get me out of here". With her professio nalism and my fur babies relaxed demeanor with her, she's my groomer from now on!!!!!
Puppy came home happy and cute! Our groomer took great care with her.
5yr old german shepherd looks great. Lost all that extra hair at least a lb. Lighter. Thank you I will be back.
It was fantastic. She was so good with my dog who is very timid and unsure around new people. I highly recommend!
Peanut loves this place very nice lady peanut very comfortable with her and for me could not ask for better treatment for my dog (peanut marie) is her name.
